Coach match return
Coaches prepare their team's match return and then submit it in FA Full-Time. This demo does NOT upload it automatically. The official FA form also requires referee/RESPECT marks and player statistics.
Official reporting links
Use the current WJYFL and FA submission processes while integration is assessed.
Locally saved match reports
Team sheets, without the chase.
Keep the official FA Club Portal as the source of registered player data; use this hub for your matchday preparation checklist.
My matchday team-sheet checklist
Checklist status only — the prototype does not fetch, upload or store any player or child data.
How it works today
Use your existing authorised FA account at clubs.thefa.com.
Choose the relevant team. The FA prepares your registered-player squad list.
Collect the file through the official Club Portal process.
Tick ‘team sheet prepared’ for the match. This is a local demonstration status only.
No independent FA Club Portal team-sheet API access or authorisation has been established. True in-app viewing and automatic uploads would require an approved integration and appropriate safeguarding/privacy controls.
Confirmation & report tracker
| Fixture | Competition | Home confirmed | Away confirmed | Kits | Report |
|---|
FA Full-Time
The app links out to WJYFL’s official Full-Time league and age-group pages.
Requires permitted data access and a reliable mapping between FA fixture/team IDs and the hub’s records.
No confirmed authorised write API. Use existing FA match-return flow until authorised access is granted.
FA Club Portal & team sheets
Existing FA users sign in to Club Portal separately to access registered-player data and squad lists.
Would require permission, an official integration route, role-based access and handling of minors' information.
Do not automate a user’s FA session or scrape protected team-sheet screens without permission.
What the production version needs
Email-confirmed users, server-side one-time invites with expiration, team-specific roles, audit logs and revocation.
Clubs confirm fixtures across different devices with notifications and an immutable history of who changed what.
League approval and technical confirmation of supported Full-Time / Club Portal integration methods; do not promise direct uploads beforehand.
Minimise youth data, protect team sheets, agree retention and lawful basis, restrict access and assess suppliers before going live.
